At Battlefield Bangkok, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical fashion choices. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
